I know that all of you are busy enough with your own life. And gaining weight will be an extra task for you. Don't worry gals, am here only to help you. I will give you simple tip.
All of you love ice creams. Right?
Just try this for one or two months continuously. Get a family pack of ice cream and keep it in the freezer. Take 2 or 3 scoops any time you need, but take it everyday. The common flavour is good for the job. You can select any if your favourite flavours. No worries.
Why I suggest family pack is because its too economical. If you can afford to have 3 scoops everyday from a parlour thats good. You can enjoy with your friends.
Please make sure that you are not replacing meals with ice cream. Have your food on time and then take ice cream. Else you won't be gsining weight, but will become super unhealthy.
