Whoever you are, whatever you are doing the only tip to gain weight is adding up calories. Yes, without food your dream is gonna be stay a dream only. Even if you are spending a lot of hours in weight training
in the gym, doing special kinds of yoga, taking some kind of medicines no miracle can happen without extra food (I mean calories). So the only easy trick to reach your aim is adding up calories. Here I will introduce you some simple tips to add up calories
without much effort.
The usual food habit of man is taking food thrice or four times a day, the main meals being the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some will have an evening snack too. Why don't you think about following every big meal with a desert or a snack? its of course a very good idea to meet your goal. You can take the same amount of food you usually take for the meal and follow up with a very delicious and healthy snack.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Never ever skip it. Breakfast can be whole wheat bread with peanut butter and fruit jam, or whole wheat bread with butter
, oat meal or some cereals. Be careful to choose your food items rich in calorie and protein. I will give a detailed explanation in my following posts.
You can eat an apple or a banana or any other fruit after a breakfast
. It will keep you refreshed and healthy. A cup of milk instead of tea and coffee will be really better.
Keep some nuts like peanuts and almonds with you. This can substitute for a nice breakfast snack.
After lunch make it a habit to have some smoothies. Try different flavours each day, so that you won't be bored.
Have a meat sandwich or vegetable salad with yogurt for your evening snack. Try to eat at least 2 boiled eggs
after a tiring job day.
Take in your mixture of dry fruits and nuts in between every time.
Now comes the last meal, your dinner. Mix up dates
