The Apple Snack

Gaining weight results mainly from adding up calories which surely means more food. But why to invest on junk foods and make yourselves unhealthy?

I prefer eating snacks in between. Try something different every time, so you will love your new habit of eating ;)

Fruits make a great snack. I will tell you my new favorite snack.

What you need

  1. 2 or 3 ripe macintosh apples.
  2. 1 half lemon.
  3. Salt.




Preparation.

Just cut apples into cube pieces in a bowl. Squeeze the lemon's juice over the cut pieces. Sprinkle some salt over this and mix well. Now have it as a snack while you stare before your facebook or some other social stuff :p

Oh I missed one thing, lemon juice prevents oxidation so your apple pieces won't get brown :D
