Things to care about

  • Take your food on time.
  • Get enough sleep (at least 7 hours a day).
  • Drink enough water (8 glass).
  • Be active (Laziness makes you drop all the plans)
  • Be a good food lover (I will explain this in my coming posts).
  • Track your day (Don't worry this will also be explained).
