Ingredients
- Whole wheat pasta 1 packet
- Butter 3 tablespoon
- Carrots 3
- Onion 2
- Potato 2
- Vegetable oil 12 drops
Preparation
- Slice the carrots in to small cubes and boil or steam them till tender. Add a pinch of salt.
- Do the same with potatoes. Drain the water
- Boil the pasta till tender
- In a pan put some vegetable oil and add the onions.. add salt. , chilli powder and any spice as required.
- Mix in the vegetables carrot and potatoes. Mix them in low flame for 2 min.
- Now add the pasta tendered to this and mix for 2 min. Add in the butter and mix well
- Whole wheat pasta pulav is ready.
